The Log Box Company is operated by Mat Frolish, Sole Trader.

We sell kiln-dried firewood, wood fuel products, kindling, smoking wood, pizza oven wood and related products for delivery across the United Kingdom.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

As our products are natural wood products, slight variations in:

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days.

Next-day delivery may be available on selected products or locations.

Delays caused by:

  • Courier disruption

  • Severe weather

  • High seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

may occasionally occur.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct delivery details

  • Ensuring safe access for delivery

  • Storing firewood correctly after delivery

We are not responsible for damage caused by poor storage after delivery.
